I love this site, but I need help solving a problem. So far, three people have bought the item I posted here, and every single sale has resulted in an error. The email I get from kiqlo claims it is a Paypal error, but when I go to my Paypal account, I am receiving monies from the purchasers without a problem.

How can I get this fixed? The email I get from kiqlo every time someone purchases reads like this:

name@site.com is trying to purchase Laskin’s Bluff but Paypal is replying with an error. Please contact the user to check the status of this transaction. Please contact us if you require more information.

So I am contacting you (I also emailed).

Please help me so that my buyers can have a more smooth experience here at kiqlo. Thank you.

I have checked and the problem is that your paypal account is not UTF-8 enabled. To fix the problem quicker I removed the special character "'" in your title.

This should be fine. I will send you the link to forward to the people that have bought your ebook.
