hi

Every time I upload a pic it doesn't appear

I am trying to upload a cover pic of an ebook for an ebook I am promoting

but the pic doesnt appear anywhere only in the left hand corner of the main page where
people go when they click on your ebook

I have tried various formats ...........

Anyone know what I could be doing wrong maybe or missing ?
