I have been dealing with Cyberpowersystem.co.uk / CyberPower PC UK and trying to get my computer fixed for over a month with no luck. This is of course slowing down the devel
I am having the most horrible experience with this company.
I bought the system and it started to have problem after few months. The water cooling was failing randomly.
The compupter finally broke ( after nine month from its purchaese) and I sent the computer back under warranty.
After few days they told me that the water cooling and the gfx card were broken. The gfx apparently failed just after they replaced the water cooling system.

After more than a month of chasing looking for an alternative solution that would give me my computer back a rude Production Manager D. S. told me
the following:
"You did ask for an old card. Your order was for a HD4870 x2 which was not the default card on the system you ordered.
I know this as your order has -£95 for the VGA card so you downgraded from the card we recommended. What do you want us to do put a note on the website saying 'maybe discontinued in the next few months'?"

The cost of the entire system was around £1700 and the configuration was choosen with the help of their sales person upon the requirement, silent but quite.
Result? There is no other way to get my computer back with an other similar card other than wait. How long? They won't commit and the warranty does not include a maximun time.

I would say... Stay away from them if you are deciding to buy a new computer.

We are now defining the landing page after payment, The users will be redirected to a page that exaplains how to download the files. At the moment Kiqlo sends this information via email but in some cases the email is palced in the spam forlder.
 

This functionality will give you the ability to provide a better automated service.

a lot of you sent me emails today asking me the same thing: "I cannot see my items what is going on".

Well kiqlo today had a bad day and all its content and all the code went lost.
You will be glad to hear that in anycase we do have backup servers and that everything is now back as it was before.

We are keeping updating and bug fixing Kiqlo based on your continuos feedback.

Here the new improvements:

1) On the "edit content" page (in the my shop area) we have added a link on the title of the items that takes you straight to the item detail page

2) We now send a better message when users pay using an eCheck

3) We have changed the template of the buyer notification email and added the link to the item directly on the email

4) The seller will be notified by Kiqlo as well as Paypal.

5) Added a 5days expiration time from purchase date for the download link. All the previous links will expiry automatically

What's next?

1) We are evaluating the possibility to create dynamic subdomains with your screenname. It should not be difficult to do so we might rollout the changes very soon.

2) Selling playlists - This should be available within the next few days.

Hi All,

The upload functionality has now radically changed.

Mainly the new functioalities are:

1) It is not possible to uplaod as Guest anymore

2) There is a form for each main category to upload

3) It is not required anymore to have demo file to sell eBooks - We will generate the cover for you directly

4) You can now sell images in a bundle. There is now the ability to upload multiple picture and multiple formats.

As you all know we have left the upload functionality open to guests for quite some time now. We are now about to remove the ability to upload songs as guests. The reason is that we spend quite a lot of time to remove copyright protected stuff.

However it will be still possible to share your items without selling them.

As anticipated the new upload functionality will be delivered within few days.

As the community continues to grow, we just delivered a new version of the myshop page.

The main changes are:

1) ability to change your paypal address.

2) ability to change the currency

3) Removing the support for Google check out. In more than one year actually nobody registered using google checkout, so we thought that it was an unecessary overhead for us to support both platforms.

4) Ability to create bundles and playlists from the myshop area.

5) A complete new sign up form
