<summary type="html">I received payment for one of my books by PayPal e-cheque which took a few days to get to my paypal account. I think that this might have caused a problem in that the download link for the book was never activated. I have asked for it to be processed but so far have had no response so I was wondering if, in some cases, it might be possible to access and then activate a download link and send it to the client by email myself?
